How do I ask for a refund?
Enter the email you ordered with and your order number on this page. Cole reviews every request by hand, usually within one business day, and refunds the product price to your original payment method.
Do I need to send the jar back?
No. Keep it and pass it to a friend. Maybe it is exactly what your doubles partner needed.
Is there a limit?
One Second Serve per customer. It covers the product price of one order; shipping is not refunded.
