Shipping and returns

Shipping

• Free standard shipping on US orders over $35 and on every bundle. Orders of $35 or less ship for a flat $5.95.
• All bundles ship free regardless of total.
• Orders placed before 12 pm Arizona time ship the same or next business day from Scottsdale, Arizona via USPS Ground Advantage. Typical transit is 2 to 5 business days.
• You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
• We currently ship to the 50 US states, DC, and US military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We do not ship internationally yet.
• Summer heat: beeswax balms can soften in a hot mailbox. If your jar arrives soft, let it sit upright at room temperature and it will firm back up. Nothing about the product changes.

The 60-day guarantee

Feel it or it's free. Use Rematch for up to 60 days from delivery. If you are not glad you bought it, email info@rematchbalm.com with your order number and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. You do not need to send the jar back. The guarantee covers one jar (or one bundle) per household per year.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives broken or we sent the wrong thing, email a photo within 14 days and we will ship a replacement right away at no cost.

Subscriptions

Subscribe and save orders renew every 60 days at 15% off. You can skip a shipment, change the date, or cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect before the next renewal; we cannot cancel an order that has already shipped, but the guarantee still applies.
