Who we are

Rematch LLC ("Rematch", "we"), Box 23, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Email: info@rematchbalm.com. This policy covers rematchbalm.com and our order emails.

What we collect

  • Order information: name, shipping address, email, and the items you buy. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see your full card number.
  • Email sign-ups: your email address and the page you signed up from.
  • Wholesale and private label requests: business name, contact name, email, and the message you send.
  • Site analytics: aggregated, privacy-respecting page view data (no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies). Our shopping cart is stored in your own browser's local storage and is never sent to us until you check out.

How we use it

To fulfil and support your order, to send the emails you asked for, to respond to inquiries, to comply with law (for example, tax and product lot tracing), and to improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the store: Stripe (payments), our shipping carrier and label provider, our email provider, and our hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs for its job.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for the wholesale and private label portals (a signed session cookie) and Stripe's checkout cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any marketing email with one click. Email us to access, correct, or delete your personal information; we respond within 30 days. California residents may exercise CCPA rights by the same email. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not track across sites.

Retention and security

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and product traceability (generally 7 years). Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with providers that maintain industry-standard security controls.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post any changes here with a new date at the top.
