Agreement

By using rematchbalm.com or purchasing from Rematch LLC ("Rematch"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and intended use

Rematch Balm and Rematch Travel are over-the-counter topical analgesics. Uses: For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, sprains. Use only as directed on the Drug Facts label. Rematch Sensitive is a cosmetic skin balm and makes no drug claims. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a doctor for pain that is new, severe, persistent beyond 7 days, or accompanied by other symptoms.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues; you will be refunded in full. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated.

Subscriptions

Subscribe and save renews every 60 days at the discounted price until you cancel. You may skip, reschedule, or cancel at any time before a renewal processes via the link in your receipt or by email.

Wholesale and private label

Trade portals are provided for approved retailers and brands. Orders placed through them are subject to the terms shown in the portal and on the invoice, including minimums, payment terms, and MAP pricing. Access codes may not be shared.

Intellectual property

Rematch, the Rematch mark, "Same time tomorrow.", and all site content are owned by Rematch LLC. You may not use them without written permission, except as needed to shop with us.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo, or message, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it to promote Rematch. We only publish reviews from verified purchases and never alter their substance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rematch's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
